Token problem

I canceled Auctiva, and was going to try another, but came back, Auctiva is easier and free with great bonuses, Nothing had left,like my name and all were still here, but i am having problems generating a token, have been trying since last night. I have the latest version of firefox, even tried ie(yuk). it keeps saying its busy. On my ebay preferences it says it has the okay. I need a new token,its not happening..help.

Well its working finally...yeaaaah, I do like Auctiva the best...some of those programs are really confusing. Auctiva rocks.
