Token Problem

According to the guide,

Click the My Account tab up at the right, then click Settings in the group of 4 links immediately below the words My Account on that tab, then eBay settings and finally click "Get New Token."

In my case, i can not see Get New Token
The only thing i can do is redirected to eBay Loggin page and nothing shows up in eBay.

I tried to contact eBay Live Help several times. The answer is nothing wrong with eBAY and setting.

So what should I do next?It took me 2 days to get the token. But still not have one...

Please advise..

Hi try being logged into eBay before you try to get the token. I just went to the token page no problem from Auctiva but I was signed into eBay at the time.

Open a support ticket with Auctiva.

Just make sure you're going to My Account>eBay Settings. Close to the bottom you should see "Get new Token".

Hi Guys,

Thank you for your reply.
I tried these ways several times, however each time I log in eBay, nothing happened.
No warning message.

I checked with eBay staff, the answer is they can only supply token for Paypal...God
