Thank you Dennis. Maybe Auctiva staff will eventually get around to answering me. I wont sign up and pay unless they do so the ball is in their court.
I use Vrane now but was trying to move everything over to Auctiva because the service at Vrane is actually poorer than Auctiva, which is apparently not very good as they will not extend the courtesy of a response to my question. If I sound frustrated.....I am.
