Can't find this covered elsewhere (yet), so:
As I manage about 1000 listings at any one time (has been as high as 3000+) all with unique images, a highly disciplined approach to image management using folders etc is required. But no human process is perfect, nor can I always be sure what ends up in the 'imported images' folder.
Perhaps there's a neat way to identify orphaned images, maybe with some link-history, so these could be selectively deleted from the servers.
The unmanageable part of my image folder system does seem to be only the 'imported' folder.

Hi I have not found it here either, that was the only advantage I found with using eBay image hosting the annotation saying whether the image was in use or not.

It would also be financially advantageous to Auctiva to implement as we could clear out orphan images and free up server space easily, now that must appeal to you guys at Auctiva Big Grin

(The custom label option would be very useful too Smile )
