Hi Cate,
Thanks for contributing to our forum. Based on the location you have described, I am under the impression that you are referring to the instance of your listing title that is displayed along the top of your description any time you use an Auctiva template, which is populated from the “Template Title” field that is located to the right of the “Select Template” button on the Auctiva lister page.
While it is possible to edit that field to change the text which appears in that area, the field cannot be left blank. Therefore, it is not currently possible to prevent the contents of that field from showing up on a per listing basis nor adjust the font and color that is used.
However, you could potentially create a customized version of the template(s) you would like to use and prevent the contents of the “Template Title” field from showing up within that template by making a small change to the template HTML.
If you would like to do this, you will first want to mouse over the “Listings” tab within your account, select the “Customize” option under “Custom Templates” and then choose the template you would like to change in this manner from the list.
Once you have done so, you will just need to search for [TITLE] within the template HTML that appears within the editor, delete it, and then save your customized version of the template. Once you have saved your custom template, you will be able to locate it from within your account by choosing “Custom” from the category menu within the template selector.
I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option.
