Total Newbie - How Do I?????

Hi

Total newbie to auctiva here, just started to use it today and have managed to save 3 listings on nice templates which I'm pleased with, so big thank you there guys.

However, at what stage do I enter item specifics, things like condition [new/used], size, style etc, which appear at the beginning of the description on eBay?

When you're editing or creating a listing, it's right under the box where you enter your category ID. It's a link that says "Choose Item Specifics".

IMO, Auctiva seemed to have added it as an afterthought, because it's not easy to spot.

Hi

It's me again

I've found the item specific section now, but it isn't visible for all my listings.

For example I am just listing a cycling top and have identified the category using the browse feature, but the item specific section hasn't appeared underneath.

Am I doing something wrong?

Sorry to bump this, but I am still having issues with the item specific option only appearing on certain listings, meaning that I have to upload and then do a revision via eBay, which is a bit of a pain.
