Trafic Counters are not showing up on my listings on ebay

When I created my listings using the Autiva templates I selected the sellathon counter. When I checked my Ebay listings there is no counter on any of the listings. Am I doing something wrong or has Ebay changed something more than just the listing style?

I'm having same problem...Don't know if I'm getting any hits or not, nothing is selling either

They are not showing up on mine either. Sellathon Counter is strange it seems to me. Sometimes it will work correctly sometimes it doesn't, no pattern at all. I work off an Auctiva Master Profile so all my listings SHOULD be standard. And they are apart from the Sellathon Counter.

In the past I have contacted Sellathon and they will fix the issue but it only solves your current listings not your future ones. Marian.
