Hi,

I seem to be having a few problems with transactions, in that when I veiw my transactions they are never updated from Ebay,I've started to manually change the 'paid'&'posted' icons ect but shouldn't this be automatically updated from whatever is showing on my Ebay. And this isn't just over a period of say 48 hours its since i started trading properly about 3 weeks ago.

Also I've set up Auto Feedback and its ticked as enabled but when I've received positive feedback again nothing from Auctiva and i then have to manually give feedback on Ebay.

Can anyone help !!

Hi Keany,

Since you are reporting that your transaction statuses are not updating on your Auctiva "Transactions" page, you are most likely using eBay Checkout. In order to make your transaction statuses within Auctiva automatically update to match the those reflected in your eBay account, you just need to enable the "Track payment status for my eBay sales" setting, which can be found by clicking the "Checkout Settings" link under the "My Account" tab within your account.

Also, when you have Auctiva's auto-feedback setting enabled, our system should automatically leave positive feedback for your buyers within 24 hours of when they leave positive feedback for you. If you receive negative or neutral feedback from a buyer, Auctiva will not automatically leave any feedback for that transaction.
