Hi Lynda,
While it is possible to apply Auctiva templates to your existing eBay auctions, it is a fairly cumbersome process. In order to accomplish this, please procede with the following steps:
1) Recreate the listing in Auctiva.
2) Once you have finished, click the "Save" button.
3) Return to your Saved Listings page, check the box next to the item, and click the "Get HTML" button.
4) Select All and copy the html in the popup window.
5) Go to the item that is active on eBay and click "Revise Item" then "Edit Description"
6) Click the "Enter Your Own HTML" tab above the description editor.
7) Delete the html that is already there and then paste the copied html in its place and save you changes.
Also, as Karen pointed out, revising your listings in this manner will remove the store window from your listings because the description HTML generated by the "Get HTML" button does not include the store window HTML. In order to add the store window to the listings to which you are adding the Auctiva templates, you will also need to add your store window HTML above or below the new description HTML, depending on where you would like it to appear. You can copy your store window HTML from your Auctiva account by clicking the "Store Window HTML" link kunder the "Listings" tab.
