I have an ebay store and I'm switching to all auctiva templates and header.
I can't figure out how to get my auctiva "header" into the ebay "header. Do I do that from inside ebay, or inside auctiva?

You create / update your eBay Store backgrounds, header, HTML etc. at eBay, as that subscription service is hosted at eBay using the eBay Store features on the eBay website.
The Auctiva Store Window and Store Gallery template are done and hosted at Auctiva. That's a completely separate service from eBay's Store subscription service. See the Store tab page and look lower left for the Store Template and Store Header links for the Auctiva customizations for the Store Gallery. The Store window editor (also called the Scrolling Gallery although there are more now) are on the same page at upper right.

OK. I clicked on "store" tab. Then on the left inside the box that says "store", I clicked on my auctiva store address. My store came up with the header I imported and everything looks great. When I go to ebay and click "view my store" the auctiva template I chose is showing up in the header, but the pic and text aren't. I think I'm missing something (that's parobably obvious) but can't get it. I did, just now, click the "save" button at the bottom of the "edit store" box. Maybe that'll do it?
