I have a logo that is in Gif format with transparency. When I place it in my listing I get a white background instead of the transparency. Is there any way to get this to work?

Thanks for posting your question here. The current version of the Auctiva Uploader will change GIF format images to JPG format during the upload process and, as a result, the behavior you have described is actually expected when uploading GIF format images with transparent backgrounds into your account.
However, the previous version of the Auctiva Uploader, which can still be accessed by entering http://www.auctiva.com/Aurigma/AurigmaUI.aspx in the “Address” bar of your browser, should be able to retain the original format when processing such images.
Although we may remove this previous version of the Auctiva Uploader from our site at some point in the future, I believe using it to upload your GIF images with transparent backgrounds will work for the time being.
