I tried to post a new listing and don't know if it took or not. When I click on "new listings" I get an error, which takes me to a page where I can click on "website" or "community". I just don't want my listing to appear twice.

Where do I go to file a help request?

Hi toonew,

We appreciate you letting us know about this behavior. We have actually received several similar reports of customers being directed to a generic Auctiva error page when trying to view the "Active Listings" page as well. Our engineering department is currently investigating the cause of these errors and we will have a solution in place as soon as possible.

I will post further updates on the status of this issue to this thread as additional information becomes available. Thanks for understanding.
