Triple quotes around page title

Hi

I've used the 'Edit Meta Tags' to change my page title etc but when I display my store page the title is displayed with triple quotes around it. Why? When I go back to 'Edit Meta Tags' there are single quotes around it. So I remove them, and my store page still displays triple quotes. How do I get rid of them?

Update: Title now displayed with single quotes, but I'd still like to get rid of them (doesn't look very professional)
