Would you please provide a specific example or two of listings where this is happening so we can take a look. Thanks.
This is how I typed it. Vintage giveaway premium from Roscoe Snyder & Pacific R.R. "Every Car Gives Personal Service" ROSCOE, SNYDER AND PACIFIC RAILWAY

Wood slide case is 10" x 3/4" x 1/2" with plastic end caps Knife is 4-1/2", serrated and has a bottle opener. It is stamped Floating Fish Knife, Stainless Steel Japan and WARCO. It has not been used but has scratches on the wood from being in the kitchen utensil drawer. Has brass tabs on case. The scanner really picks up all scratches as I do not see them to be so bad. However a wood polish would certainly improve it for display. If planning to use it would not matter so much.

Train History Below

The Roscoe, Snyder and Pacific Railway Company was chartered on October 1, 1906, for the purpose of building a railroad from Roscoe in a generally northwesterly direction to the west boundary of Bailey County, a distance of about 200 miles.

Construction began the following year, and the first section of thirty-one miles from Roscoe to Snyder opened on June 12, 1908. The extension of 18½ miles from Snyder to Fluvanna was completed on September 11, 1909, and opened two days later. The capital was $200,000, and the business office was located at Roscoe in Nolan County

From its beginning the railroad established itself as one of the most profitable short lines in the nation. As a bridge route connecting the Santa Fe and the Texas and Pacific railroads the line enabled transcontinental shippers to transport California fruits and vegetables to Memphis and New Orleans markets in five days. The RS&P sold its service directly to shippers through general agents in such cities as Fort Worth, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Pittsburgh, and Washington. The first RS&P locomotive and the original rails were purchased used from the Texas and Pacific. In 1916 the company owned three locomotives and two passenger cars and earned $15,984 in passenger revenue, $149,054 in freight revenue, and $3,189 in other revenue. In 1931 the company owned four locomotives, one freight car, and three passenger cars and earned $210,101. Passenger service was discontinued in 1953

SANDIA.

In looking at your saved listing for this particular ad, it looks like it was typed in with the shipping info at the first. When I try the preview, the shipping info appears at the top. Not sure how it would have looked correct to you when you previewed it...but...is it possible that you maybe have done a copy paste on the description before you saved this and posted it to eBay? Not saying that happened, but if it did, it could have changed the order from one that would preview looking OK to the way it is now...with description at the top.

Sorry I'm not more help...I can only go on what I can see. Please feel free to file a support case on this if you wish and see what they have to say.
Sandia. I have had same problem many times and told it is formatting issue or HTML issue. Still have sometimes even though I clear cookies and cache and only cut and paste from notepad. I have gotten several "fixes" to this but still find issues on and off with it. It is infuriating to type it, see it and look back and it is top to bottom, bottom to top, etc.,

Good luck.

Oooooohhhhh, how I can relate! Hundreds of times it has taken me a half hour to create a listing that should take one-and-a-half to two minutes to do, just due to the VERY TROUBLESOME HTML editor in Auctiva.

I've complained about this in so many posts, C/S emails, and of all different types of errors, so no - I will not even begin to make a list of all the GLITCHES in this program that is SUPPOSED to make our lives/jobs EASIER but does just the opposite. I'm fed up with the editor, so much so that I do most of my relisting and revising in EBAY so I can save my blood pressure from rising.

Auctiva just doesn't get it. They just DON'T GET IT.

No, I'm not telling you my browser, computer, etc because it doesn't MATTER which computer or browser, etc. I use. It happens with ALL of them, whatever combination. Just do like me, and revise in eBay then RE-LIST from eBay. Then you won't get all the cross-mixed html code. Smile
