I love Auctiva - wide range of templates, style, etc. But I have a TERRIBLE time doing listings. I list mostly on Sundays and Monday evenings, so I'm wondering if that particular time is just busier or what or if that even affects anything. Anyway, I very rarely get a clean listing. Something ALWAYS locks me up. I've tried other things people have mentioned - deleting cookies (a real pain, I might add), saving periodically, uploading pics before starting, choosing template before starting listing, disabling pop up blockers, etc. I know I don't have a space or connection problem - is it just circumstance or coincidence that I have problems? Occasionally, I can do one perfectly and everything works. I actually paid for one month of inkfrog and HATE it, but I didn't have a choice. I would gladly pay Auctiva if it worked on a consistent basis, but I am also thrilled that it's free. Any other suggestions?

Hi actions relying on communication with eBay such as posting to eBay or accessing images stored on eBay will suffer too.

It was the just the same when I was using Turbo Lister.

All my checkout and invoicing I do directly through eBay, that suffers too.

Personally I would not list on Sunday or Monday regardless, if you want items to end on a Sunday fine most do, then post for 3, 5 or 10 days, never 7.

You could write the listings during the week and schedule items to be posted from Auctiva on Sunday, but they may still get delayed or time out (default is to retry for 30 minutes).

The preferred end date and time can be very item specific just like TV adverts which are targetted for specific age groups at specific times of the day and within specific TV programmes.

You need to experiment but try and avoid the eBay rush 'hours'. Smile
