Trouble posting keep getting API error

I am relatively new to Auctiva and have posted quite a few items successfully however on one item I have tried to post it countless times,The item is never posted in spite of receiving the go ahead through ERROR CHECK,I continually receive API error and Type of Title not provided andItem specific For Sale I can't figure this out I hope somebody can assist thanks Neville
