Trouble posting to Ebay

Hi

Auctiva newbie here. I completed my listing however when I try to post or save, nothing happens. The screen merely refreshes, nothing else appears to happen. Is there some osrt of verification that the listing has been posted. When I go to ebay, I do not see the listing. I went through the entire process, even got the photos uploaded properly. Have I missed something?

It takes 4 to 6 hours for the listing to be searchable on eBay. Did you check in your My eBay? If it listed it will show up there.
You should also receive a confirmation when you post that says something to the effect of auction is now being posted to eBay.

Hi Taz, Thanks for your reply. Yep, I checked My Ebay and it is not there. I waited overnight and it was not there this morning either.

I tried saving the listing as well (spent about an hour making it), but is not even listed in my Auctiva activity account. I will start from scratch, hopefully it ill take this time. Thanks!

I would suggest filing a support request to Auctiva and see if they can examine your account and see what the problem may be. You can do that through the help page.

Hi Taz:

Thanks for your reply. I figured out the problem. I was putting a dollar sign for my starting price and shipping. I took me a while to figure it out since there was no explanation other than my starting price was invalid. Anyhow, its all fixed. This is my first auctiva listing and I am very impressed with the apprearance and options that Auctiva offers. Thanks again!
