I've been trying to upload images from files on my PC and it's not working for me. I've been able to do it in the past, so am wondering if this is a temporary problem with Auctiva or is it just me? Thanks.
I have been using Auctiva for a about a year and uploading my images from my pc. I recently starting using Photobucket and can't upload the pictures. Any suggestions. Thanks
Probably best if you both file support requests, regarding Photobucket there was a post on that recently so I suggest a search across the boards for Photobucket.
Hi CCG & BBA, Thanks for responding. I got help from support. My problem was simple. I was trying to upload photos using Mozilla and I needed to use IE. Using IE it worked great.
Can I upload pictures by using an image hosting site?? Or is it better to use Activa to upload images?? Anyone has been able to upload from image hosting sites???
I cannot upload any new pictures nor can I save a listing if I change the photos. I can change the description and resave something but I cannot change or add photos. Any ideas? I contacted Auctiva but got no help there. It happens on both of our computers, so I know it isn't a problem with just mine. It has been like this since Sunday and it is getting old.
I am having huge issues with images right now and I am very frustrated as I can not even file a support request. When I try to file a support request, I get a run time error. When I try to upload, I only get to click on one photo (it shows the number 1 on it) and then whatever other photo I click on, I get error on page! I am in Canada, wondering if any of the new changes affected us? I have tried both ie and mozilla, using the most current versions, sigh. I do not know what to do! Can anyone please PLEASE help me?
