Trouble with actavia not showing up in auctions....

Yes, you can use the Auctiva store window without listing through Auctiva.

Once you've generated your eBay token, it generally takes 4-6 hours for your listings to be imported and the Auctiva store window to be added.

I know I already posted this response in your other thread...I just want it to be here also for others who read it.

I'm having the same problem, I listed new items in Ebay yesterday afternoon, and as of 10:21am this morning, I'm still not getting the Auctiva scroll.
please help

I just checked out several of your listings and the Auctiva store window is in each one. Are you still experiencing this problem?

If so, please reply withy the item # of a listing that is missing the store window.

The store window should be inserted into your active listings within 4-6 hours of your token generation and the fact that you create your listings on eBay is not an issue. I'm unsure why the store window was only appended to a couple of your listings and I have forwarded this issue on to our engineering department for them to investigate. In the mean time, here are a couple things you can try:

1) You can manually insert the Auctiva store window into your listings by copying the store window html and dropping it into your html description through eBay's "Revise Item" form. The store window html is available at Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Store Window -> Store Window HTML.

2) You can create a new token at Auctiva -> My account -> Ebay Settings -> Get New Token. Perhaps when you create a new token the store window will be added to the rest of your listings.

Thanks for your quick help, I generated a new token, and that didn't help, so I manually inserted the auxtive store window into one of my listings, that works, but just so you know, it doesn't advertise the 4 new listings, just the same ones that originated with my sign-up on Auctiva. What time does the next Auctiva-Ebay Syncronization run?

Hmmm...it looks like you have 5 listings that haven't been imported into Auctiva. We reconcile each account about every 4-6 hours so it shouldn't take longer than that for them to show up in Auctiva.

The store window is set to display 12 items at a time favoring items that are ending nearest the time of the one being viewed, and is refreshed every 4 hours. Once some of your listings end, they’ll be replaced in the store window with new ones at next refresh. We will be increasing the store window capacity to 20 in the near future.

I hope it starts to work soon, I just added 4 more items. (relists). If 12 is the max, that's fine, I just want all of the auctions to have the store window without having to enter it manually (html) each time.
