Trouble with scrolling window

Is anyone else experiencing a problem with the scrolling window NOT displaying any images? I only have a few items that I have listed currently, and when I checked them...the gallery & header images were fine, but nothing loaded in the scrolling window at all!

Any idea when, or how to fix this? (I depend on that feature to drive traffic to my other items...it's a terrific feature!!)

I am too... just listed them today though...and the images are showing on the listings fine....but in the scrolling window - same issue. Is it because they neeed time to update? All the information for the listing seems to be there and it says the images are loading...they just never come....I am(obviously) a newbie to Auctiva so I would appreciate any advice from more experienced users.

GOOD MORNING!

I just got online this morning, and checked on my current eBay listings...and now the scrolling window is back up and running!!

Thank you guys!! I've been with Auctiva for over 6 months now, and LOVE this site! With the exception of a few delays...I have never experienced many of the problems that some others have reported. I HAVE noticed though... if there's a problem in the system, it is addressed and dealt with quickly. I appreciate your efforts AND the wonderful service you are providing to all of us!
