All of our paid plans are offered on a subscription basis so, unless you actually went into your Auctiva account and completed the cancellation process, it is expected that you would continue to be charged for your subscription each month regardless of whether you are using the account.
You can cancel your account by CLICKING the “My Account” tab within your account and then clicking the “Cancel” link in the “Manage” box on the ensuing page. However, I see that your account currently has an outstanding balance and you would be blocked from closing your account until that balance is paid.
In any event, in order to receive assistance with this matter, please contact our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab on the Auctiva.com site and selecting the “File Support Case” option. There are currently no recent support cases in our system that match your information so I'm not sure how you may have tried to contact us before.
