I have tried to contact your help line to no avail. I cancelled my ebay store July 13, 2010 because of health problems. I have continously tried to do the same with Auctiva, your contact numbers do not work! I am being charged monthly as if I still have the storehave been charged:
I would like refunds of my monies.

All of our paid plans are offered on a subscription basis so, unless you actually went into your Auctiva account and completed the cancellation process, it is expected that you would continue to be charged for your subscription each month regardless of whether you are using the account.

You can cancel your account by CLICKING the “My Account” tab within your account and then clicking the “Cancel” link in the “Manage” box on the ensuing page. However, I see that your account currently has an outstanding balance and you would be blocked from closing your account until that balance is paid.

In any event, in order to receive assistance with this matter, please contact our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab on the Auctiva.com site and selecting the “File Support Case” option. There are currently no recent support cases in our system that match your information so I'm not sure how you may have tried to contact us before.
