Trying to delete old pictures

I have old pictures that I'm trying to delete. However, when I try to delete some of them I get a warning message that some are in active listings. (they're not) It's says if I want to delete, then, click "Confirm Delete". I do that but the pictures are still there. Can anyone help? Thanks for your time.

Nope, can't help...but you're not alone. Auctiva has been glitchy since their upgrade. I have folders with 10 images showing up as empty, just to name one thing. Hopefully it will straighten itself out soon..

I cannot find this info on the site - if I delete images from Auctiva that I have used in an ebay listing , do the pictures disappear off ebay, or are they fixed in the ebay listings?

They will also disappear from the Ebay listings...but when you delete them in Auctiva, they go to the deleted folder, where they will stay for 7 days in case you change your mind. After that, they're gone.
