Okay, think I have most everything. However, I did my seller's profile and saved it. However, the information is not going into the templates. I only get the "Description" not "Payment", etc. What gives?

To apply the seller details profile you have created to your listings, simply select that seller details profile from the "Select Seller Details" pulldown menu directly to the right of the "Select Template" button on the Auctiva lister page.
Then, take a look at the listing preview, and you'll see how the additional sections will be displayed within your selected template.

Wait - I get the "Master Profile" stuff. I'm having trouble with the "Sellers Profile". None of the information I put into the "Sellers Profile" is appearing in my listing.

Once you have selected your seller details profile from that menu, all of the info contained within it will be displayed within the listing template under the appropriate headers.
