trying to hide auction items from my ebay store by using "not an ebay store item"

as the post says i'mtrying to hide AUCTION items from my ebay store by using "not an ebay store item" . will this option hide them from customers as I am intending or will it simply put it in the "other" category of my ebay store?

I don't know what will happen if you try saying it's not an ebay store item, but if you have an ebay store ALL of your listings go into it. You can make an "Auctions" category if you want, or whatnot.

If you're not comfortable selling a particular item on your main ID, then don't.
