Trying to pick a catagory!!!

I think I see where you were having a problem. choosing clothing ok, choosing uniform ok, choosing adults ok. Thats all you see. You need to scroll the page further down and you should see all of the above and then the box with "lab coat", "scouting", and "scrubs>". pick one of them and click choose. Hopes this helps.

Also there is a place in your listing page to choose insurance. You can make it optional, required, or not offered.

I have the same problem. It will not allow me to scroll down far enought to choose the leaf and then says you must choose a leaf. This should not be such a difficult thing to do but it's impossible. Why won't it allow me to scroll down?

Even though Auctiva has a section on the listing page for insurance I would advise you to also add it to your in your description box where you explain your shipping and handling policies.

If the leaf won't open to the next leaf and you are getting that error even though you have room then try the following.

Clear everything off your browser except this site and click tools at the top ... then Internet options ... scroll down to the delete files button under Temporary Internet file. Click that and after that finishes then clear off everything. Clear your recycle bin.

Then run Ad-Ware from Lavasoft if you have it. If not you can get the free version at

http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/

When it loads up and click to run it I would choose full scan. After it finishes click next and on the next page make sure you click each of the boxes at the top where is shows you the Tracking Cookies and MRU list. Click next and you can either quarantine them or remove them. I always have mine removed.

Then reboot

Log back on Auctiva and try to list

See if that helps as it has always helped me in the past. If not then I would run my virus protector and see if that helps.
