Trying to sell with US currency, but it's not showing up?

Listing my item shows up as Canadian currency or just a $.

I am not sure if the $ is supposed to mean US currency? I listed my item not realizing this at first under Canadian currency and couldn't find any way to change this in ebay.

Please help?
