How do you get any answers on this site?
Why aren't my 300 Plus items showing on ebay?
Auctiva states all items are moved, but in fact they are not. Nothing shows today.
I have no slide shows, nothing.
I suppose someone will blame user error. Ok. What's the error?

Hi, maybe I can answer a few of your questions. No, you cannot use Turbolister with Auctiva. Auctiva is instead of turbolister. You get everything Turbolister has and more. (I just made that statement up, I've never used Turbolister and hopefully never will have to). So your items aren't showing in the store window? I'm not sure how that works, maybe you have to wait until you've listed the items through Auctiva. So are your items just not showing up in the store windows or are they actually gone from ebay? I don't know how that could be.

Hi spike...I also use turbo...will switch in '07...Activa does a search of your listings and imports them into your auctiva listings for the store...if the items show in the listings but not in the store fill out a service request ( not sure if that is the name ??) ...also if they are in your listings then the slide show should also work...
