Offhand I am not able to say what could cause such a message when uploading your .csv file if you have the zip code in the ShipFromZipCode column correctly formatted. If it seems that you do and you continue to encounter this issue, please file a support case from under the Help tab of your account by selecting 'File Support Case' so we can look into this for you. We may ask you to send us your file in such a support case so we can take a look at the specifics of what's going on.

You are most welcome.

I am not certain where you would be attempting to alter variation listings or what aspect of them you wish to change.

If the variation listing is active, you would not be able to modify it from within your Auctiva account using Bulk Revise from your Active Listings page. Of course, if it the listing is in your Saved Listings you can modify it as you wish prior to posting it.

If you have further questions about a specific listing, please file a support case from the Help tab of your account so we can look into the specific listing within your account to assist you.
