Hello,
I have seen that others store windows within their auctions match the templates being used.
I asked a fellow Ebay how she got her Store window to do that. She told me to go under store window and then edit and to check the button that said to have the store windows match the custom templates. I did that yesterday. An immediate notice was generated from Auctiva upon doing so saying that the changes would take a couple hours and would not effect existing auctions. I checked the store windows throughout the night but no change to the new listing. I checked again this morning and still no change. I went back in and clicked the save changes tab again today. Is there something else that I need to do to have my store window automatically match my custom templates? Am I missing something?
Thanks very much.

Hi graygirl,

To make your store window colors match the color scheme of the template you are using, just check the box next to "Use templte-matching store window" when creating your listings. This option can be found directly to the right of the "Select Template" button.

You won't be able to revise your current listings to implement this feature, however, you will be able to use it for any newly posted items.

Hi Mike, thanks for your reply. That is exactly what I did BEFORE my last auction was posted, but the store window never did change to match the auction. I thought maybe there was something more I needed to do to make the store match. I checked that box prior to submitting the auction.
Is there something else I need to do.
By the way, I am adding my own html to the auctions. Does that make a difference at all.
Thanks
