Two Accounts and Transferring Data Between

I created an account for an old id that I do not want to use and planned on creating an account for my new id. Well I forgot to add the new id and used the old one and posted to Ebay. Well my new ebay id is listed for the auctions, but my old id is showing up in the listed by scrolling part. Is there a way to create the new id and just transfer the listings over without having to create them all from scratch again?

Maybe this has to do with creating a new token but I don't know for sure.

Definitely, though, file a support request (bottom of the Help page) if you haven't already.

Hi skeeweeaka,

If you are simply seeking to change the eBay account associated with your Auctiva account, you can accomplish this by generating a new token at Auctiva -> My Account(Tab) -> Ebay Settings, by clicking the "Get New Token" link.

However, if you are looking to transfer listings from one eBay account to another, I'm not sure if you will be able to accomplish this. If this is the case, I suggest you contact eBay support.

Can I open a different store under a new id and then generate a new token? Will that leave my auctiva data in tact?
