Two questions for the experts :)

1. i listed an item sunday nite,but my scrolling gallery was above the description instead of on the bottom so ive now got
scrolling gallery

picture of item

how do i change it and will i have to cancel listing to do this.

and secondly

was messing about in my listings last nite and was going to list something at $4.95 US the total fees were 75c ???? surley this isnt right,and also i thought ebay had free gallery picture deal on at present

Hi Fozzy:

1. Go to the 'Store' tab, edit scrolling gallery, and position it from there. I'm not sure if that will apply to existing listings.

2. Don't forget that the Auctiva fee estimator will only be checking the latest published fees, it won't take account of any offers ebay are running. As for the 75c, can't really answer that without seeing what the fee breakdown was - it should show you in the estimator what the fee is made up of.

handlep is right about the charges...Auctiva will show the usual 35c but if you check your ebay invoice it will show the discount.

I DID see a question & answer awhile back about the scrolling gallery but can't find it now...Go to the help button and file a support request, ask them to change it for you. I asked them to add it to my 29 existing auctions and they took care of it within a matter of minutes

I believe you can set where your gallery appears in your accout preferences. Don't know how to fix it on active listings. Once you fix it in your account, you may have to update your master.
