Hi. I just opened an eBay store, mostly because I find it easier to understand than Auctiva, and I need to know how to close my Auctiva store without closing my account. Can anyone help?

Your Auctiva store is FREE...you can't 'close' it without closing your Auctiva account. I wouldn't even worry about it, just ignore it and continue to enjoy using Auctiva
Can I just throw in my 2 cents here Puppycat? Why do you want to open an eBay store when the fees are so high it's impossible to make any money?
Did you know many of us have left eBay and are now running our own stores using Auctiva's NEW Ecommerce site?
It's free until April and then only $9.95/mo - why don't you give it a try, you will save a ton of $ in fees....and it's a blast owning your own store, you don't have to follow all of ebay's silly rules....
