I see that no-one has replied yet and don't too excited about my reply as I don't even really understand your question!
However, if you click on the Help button at the top right of the screen, then look to the left of the window, about half-way down there is a box headed Customer Support. Click on the File a support request and someone from Auctiva will get back to you. I have found them to be very helpful in the past.
Also, not sure which part of the world you're in but guess it's Europe somewhere by the time that you posted your question - the Auctiva people are States based and are active late evening/early morning our time so maybe one of them will pick up your post - still worthwhile submitting a support request anyway.
