Hello

I am hoping you might be able to help me! I am new to auctiva..i tried to list an item but it was added to ebay.com and not ebay.co.uk and the pricing was in dollars rather than british pounds. Do i need to change a setting somewhere?

Hi eff-ie - At the top of the listing page is a drop-down menu labeled "ebay site" where you may select the UK, then the dollar signs will change to pound symbols.

You are right, I did some experimenting and found that once the listing is saved, the box does indeed grey out. Looks like a case for starting over with a new listing.
