uk Seller relisting with International Site Visibility problem

I am a UK seller & sometimes opt for International Site Visibility and check the box for items that I think would be of interest to USA/Canada customers. When I come to relist items on Auctiva but choose not to have that option in the relist I can NOT uncheck the box. Is anyone else having the same problem or is this another Auctiva problem to be sorted out.

If you relist from the closed listings folder, as I do, and many others, there are so many limitations. This might be one of them. Please send a note via support request and then let the rest of the forum know.

A support case was opened & the simple reply is NO! Once you have selected the ISV option ALL future relists via Auctiva will still have that option included. You can NOT uncheck the box. Support did say that they would put forward a request to the system developers for them to look into it. What I will do is NOT to check the ISV option on all NEW listings but then revise the listing direct via Ebay & sellect the ISV option. I am hoping that when I relist via Auctiva the option has reverted back to being unchecked again. The other option is to relist via Ebay as you are able to uncheck the box. I will keep you all posted on the result of my little exoeriment!
