Ummm... where is "ACCEPT OFFERS"?

Thanks for letting us know about this. If you are creating a "fixed price" or "store item" format listing, there should be a box labeled "Accept Offers from Buyers" that you can check in order to use the "Best Offer" feature. If you are not seeing that option, we would need to look into your case further.

I also put in a request about this a few days ago and was told the same thing you are being told. HOW to use it rather than IF it is working-

You are NOT going crazy- It is intermittenly not showing up on listings - I have simply saved the listing and gone back later to list it and sometimes it is there.

Glad to hear there are others showing this problem. ...
