Hi, I've been using auctiva for a few weeks now. Firefox is my browser. I had never been able to proceed to "select an image" (nothing happened at all) before. I browsed the message boards and found someone who noted that they had troubles too but it was resolved if done through Internet Explorer. I tried that and sure enough everything was ok. I have been doing the listings in Firefox, scheduling them, and then going into IE to select the images. Thats all been going ok until this week when even in IE I get nothing at all. Even if I right click for "open link" it brings me to a blank page. I've been able to edit the listing after it has been posted but then I'm not getting the supersized image at the beginning of the listing. The image(s) are after all the listing details and although they can still be supersized I'd prefer to have them at the top where they look much better. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions I'd really appreciate it. The details of the listing can really make a huge difference and everyone knows how important pictures are. Thanks in advance!
