Unable to List/Says it posted, but didn't

I tried a new listing and tried to post it instead of saving it first. It still doesn't post it, it saves it instead, saying it has posted to eBay, which it doesn't.

Check the EVENTS counter at the top of any Auctiva page. The counter tracks actions taken with traffic between Auctiva and eBay (what they refer to as the API). Hopefully, it will show what happened when each listing was sent and/or if there were any problems or rejections.

Also, it can take time/hours for new listings to categorize and show in search at eBay. However, they should normally show immediately on your "My eBay" page.

Im not sure what the problem is but sometimes if you go to your ebay store and hit new listings the item wont show up for awhile. Go to your my ebay and look at all listing and it should be there. Also click on your account/recent activity and it should show item description not available. Click on that and it should show being listed on ebay.

I have the same problem!!! Usually I have auto relist and they always relist. But this time, only 3 of 5 relisted on Ebay, but on auctiva it shows all 5 have relisted. What is going on??

There are some serious problems recently with Auctiva. I have been using this service for 6 months and its been flawless. Can anyone help please????
