Unable to send a second chance offer.

My auction closed yesterday at night. I want to send a second chance offer to a bidder but the Ebay site told me "You can't do that by Ebay, please try going on the website you used to post this auction." But i don't see any place for this on Auctiva. Can you help me ?

That's strange. I thought you'd have to do that through eBay. I've never done it before.

I've never seen that happen and I've definitely sent Second Chance Offers on listings created/posted through Auctiva.

You might try eBay LiveHelp, I guess...

Or ask in the Ebay Answer Center, lots of those folks use Auctiva too. Something doesn't sound right, you should be able to do an SCO thru Ebay, in fact I don't see how you could do it any other way. Try the AC--they've helped me ALOT over the last year.

i also sometimes cannot use second chance offer for a few listing , i dont know why , but it said it may due to the buyer have set not accept second chance offer , i just guess its the reason

Yeah, if you click on the bid history and none of the bidders have "Send Second Chance Offer" under their names then they've all opted out of that feature.
