Unable to use preview when listing

I have contacted auctiva help regarding this and so far no solution. so I am here begging for assistance. this is my problem:
When I am listing and I am down to the end I hit the preview button and all I get is "Close Window". I hit this button and nothing happens. The only way out is to use the back button on my browser and when I do that I lose everything I have entered. I cannot relist anything cause if I choose to preview I lose all the info.

Today I decided to edit my Templates and when I went to preview the same problem occurs.

I should have mentioned that I am using Mac OS10.

Hi - I can't say exactly why this is happening, except to advise that you save frequently, especially before previewing, so that a "hiccup" will not cause a loss of all your work. Also make sure you have any pop-up blockers disabled as they will definitely interfere with Auctiva's functions, which includes many pop-up windows. Also if you do a forum search on "Mac" you will find many issues relating to Macs discussed.

Until you get it figured out, if you can successfully save, you can then preview from the saved listings page. The option is to the far right of the listing.

Are you using Firefox? We don't support Safari.

I have to turn off my firewall to get the previews to come up.
If you use something like Norton or ZoneAlarm, try turning it off long enough to see if it then will pop up :-)
