Site has gotten very slow..and to make matters worst..no pictures..HELP

We had an image server crash in the middle of last night and we've been working since then to correct all the image availability problems caused by this.
Images should be back up for almost all users now, and for those users whose images are still not up, they should become available soon.
The slowness you're experiencing on the site should be alleviated when we move to our new data center co-location at the end of this week. For more information on this move, please read the following post:
