Unsold Items

G'day all, I am new to all this, so if anyone can help me, I would appreciate it. My unsold items have stopped appearing in my closed listings from 01.01.09. How do I get them to be up to date. Thanks in advance.

Hi gearandstuff2008,

Thanks for letting us know about this. We encountered a technical problem over the weekend that caused the importing of this information to get backed up. We have since resolved that problem but it may take another day or two for all of the data that is due to be imported to be processed.

If you are still unable to find the listings you are looking for on your Closed Listings page, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the web form on the following page: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
