I am sorry to hear about this difficulty with uploading images, but am not aware of any issues on our end that would cause this to occur. Any time you use the Edit tools for images in your Auctiva account, any change you make should be reflected in the images where they are being used, once our system has had time to incorporate that change to the various versions of the image that we store. If you are saying that you are using the edit tool within your account, or that there is an issue with the rotate feature of the uploader, please let us know the details of what you are experiencing in a support case, so we can look into it. We may ask you to send us a few of the affected images for testing purposes after getting your details. Please be sure to let us know your browser and operating system information as well as the file type of the images where this is occurring, such as .jpeg or .gif and we will be happy to investigate what is going on.
