"Update Store Categories From Ebay" button not functioning

I am currently setting up my ebay store. I added/renamed a few categories that I was about to start listing to, and the button worked fine once today. I clicked "Update Store Catagories From Ebay", and poof, updated.

I added 2 categories that I forgot about earlier, and now the "Update Store Categories From Ebay" button in my "Ebay Settings" page won't highlight as a button. It is acting only as a text box right now, with no noticeable functionality.

Can anyone offer advice on fixing this?

Waiting an hour or so seemed to fix the problem.

I can now use the button again.

Hello. My experience with this has ALWAYS been having to wait anywhere from a couple of hours to most of the day. It is extremely aggravating as to why you can't add categories then come back and add more that you may have forgotten.

The way I always do it. If I need to update store categories and I forget one or rename one or something. I just open a different web browser. For example. If I am using Firefox and I update my categories and I forget one. To update them again right away, I use Internet Explorer to update them again. No waiting or anything.
