Thanks for posting your question here. I just tested this out by creating a link to your eBay store by selecting the "Visit My eBay Store" option from the "User Links" menu within your Auctiva account and the link directed to your eBay store properly, so I'm under the impression that you have already found a solution to this problem.

For the benefit of anyone else encountering the same problem who comes across this thread, if you change your eBay store name, you should be able to update that information within Auctiva by mousing over the "My Account" tab within your account, selecting the "eBay" option under "Settings", and then clicking the "Update Store Categories from eBay" button on the ensuing page.

Even though the name of the button suggests it only updates your eBay store categories, it also updates all the other details of your eBay store in our system such as your store name and your store subscription level.
