You will note that there is now an icon in the lower right of the pages of our site that will allow you to send a message to our support team directly from wherever you are on the site. The responses will go directly to your email and you can reply back to support from there.
Please be aware that if you have a case that has been open with us for a while and you reply to it, there is a chance it will try to reach our prior support system, and may not get through to us. However, you can file a new case and reference the support case number or the topic of the case and we’ll be able to get to your previous case.
