Just wondering do i need to update my ebay token every time i list a item from ebay so it will appear on my store or do i just wait for automatic updates? thank you reply's will be most appreciated.

Items you directly list will automatically be discovered and added to the Store during a periodic update, usually every 4-6 hours.
When you list directly to eBay, you won't get the Scrolling Gallery (SG) added by Auctiva. That's only done once for the original account sign-up, and won't repeat with a Token update. You can manually add the HTML code by copy and paste to a listing. The code is available at the STORE tab page under the SG. You can use eBay's Revise listing to add the code to any you've just listed.
Anything you list using Auctiva's one-page lister will automatically add the SG at submission.
