I'm wondering if you can answer a question for me.
If I need to update my Postage or Prices, is it possible to do it through the profiles (or any other way)or do I have to go through each one, one at a time?

Hi Jen,
The Auctiva software actually doesn't offer any tools that can be used to update the prices of listings that are active on eBay, so you would need to make those revisions directly through your eBay account. Ebay allows you to make some revisions on up to 10 listings at a time, but I'm not sure if price changes are among those.
If you are looking to edit the price of the saved listings you have stored within your Auctiva account, you could do that in bulk by checking the boxes next to those items on your Saved Listings page and clicking the "Bulk Edit" option. You would then see the option to update the "Start Price", "BIN Price", and "Reserve Price" of each item.
