eBay has recently introduced this requirement for "Domestic Handling Time" so I have to change hundreds of auctions to include it.

I use an Auctiva shipping profile on many of my auctions, so I had hoped that if I altered the profile that it would fix all the auctions.

But it doesn't seem to. I saved the change to the profile, but it doesn't show up as changed in any of my saved listings, but if I open one of them and re-load that shipping profile, only THEN does it include the new information.

I do not want to do this hundreds of times, is there any way to update all the saved auctions at once to include the new handling time requirement?

Thanks alot!

You can apply a Shipping Profile to one or more listings using the Find & Replace option on the Saved Listing page. Help information can be found here: http://www.auctiva.com/free-au.../help.aspx#bulk-edit

Once you select the saved listings you wish to update and are on the Find & Replace page, choose "All Shipping Fields" from the "Field" dropdown list. You can then select a shipping profile to be applied.

If you need additional assistance with this process please let our customer support staff know. Thank you.
Help! I just tried to list 3 items & eBay refuses to list because I don't have handling & returns listed. I do this in the auction description though; but evidently this isn't where it needs to be. Where do I find the handling & returns in auctiva poster in order to get this straightened out--and quickly! I need to get my items listed within the next hour.

I use class auction poster & don't have a saved listings option, just recent listings. Also, I don't have a find & replace. How do I deal with the new eBay policies on handling & returns?
I am going to try what JD said as I have about 300 listing trying to go up right now but this error is causing them to be rejected. What really bothers me is when I scheduled them last night they passed the error check and showed no signs of being rejected. Then I log in this morning to nothing but red alerts.

There has to be a way to fix that so we know everything has indeed been checkd at the time of scheduling.
I had the same problem - the warning did not appear half an hour before scheduling - the first thing you know about it is when your items do not post - you can do a bulk update , but your items have all missed their post , AND you have to go thru the hassle of rescheduling them all - I think its the third or fourth time in twelve months that has happened- AUCTIVA NEED TO SET THE SYSTEM UP SO YOU ARE ADVISED OR WARNED IF YOUR ITEMS WILL NOT POST BECAUSE THEY DO NOT MEET A LISTING REQUIREMENT - expecting us to repair it after the damage has been done is not good enough ( or it might be when its free, but NOT when we start paying for it )
Same problem here Pashen. I have listings that didn't sell the first time on eBay that I want to relist. I scheduled them thru Auctiva and they were rejected as having no time frame for delivery.

I took the advice above (thank you, by the way)and did a find and replace in my saved auctions. Then, tried to schedule a relist again. Of course, they were still wrong! Fixing them in saved listings only works if you haven't already listed them once. Got that now, but, can't find a way to edit this in closed listings thru Auctiva.

Am I going to have to go to eBay and somehow try to do it there? If so, how?

Thanks for any help!
OK. Latest glich about this problem. I went to eBay to try to edit my unsold but want to relist auctions - even if I had to do it one at a time.

I click on the first one and eBay tells me I need to edit it. Fine. I scroll down and edit shipping time. When I go to save it tells me I can't relist it because I have specified in my listing that I take money orders! Of course, I haven't! I look at it again - don't see any problem - and try again. Same result.

So, now I can't fix my closed listings in Auctiva and I can't fix my closed listings in eBay! Does anybody have a solution to this before I lose my mind??
