OK, I'm probably being retarded...I want to use the supersize photo feature with an existing listing that I currently have running on eBay. I have apparently uploaded the photo from my harddrive into auctiva, but how do I get that photo, hopefully with the supersize feature, into my listing? Or do I need to do the entire listing, start to finish, via Auctiva? Sorry if this is stupid, but I can't figure it out...

Hi,

There are two basic methods to add:

1. Use the Add Images button on the Active Listings page on Auctiva. This method simply adds images to the bottom of the description section for you. Not elegant, but it gets the job done.

2. Use the ebay Revise listing editor do DIY the change on ebay. Use the copy and paste HTML code from Auctiva's Saved Listings page into the description section of the listing, i.e. replace or add code to display pictures in your picture group. This method gives a more refined result (like you'd achieve from an Auctiva submission), but takes experience and finess. Knowing a little HTML definitely helps. Always make sure you use the ebay PREVIEW before you confirm the change. That gives you a chance to back-off and start over.

After some practice, I'd recommend method #2 for best results.
